Avast is looking for talented Specialist to join the Online Advertising team in our Prague office. The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated, detail-

oriented and excited about international advertising in the software space.

Responsibilities :

Build, optimize, and scale effective search, display, and social paid campaigns, including but not limited to budgeting, creative briefing, campaign creation, trafficking, and optimization across Google, Bing, DoubleClick, Facebook, and other platforms

Daily campaign bid management with detailed attention to ROI and budgets

Write ad copy, design banners and landing pages for new or current campaigns. Continually test and optimize existing creatives.

Generate performance reports (via tools and on an ad hoc basis) and regularly share performance metrics to the greater team

Measure the performance of paid campaigns and translate these data into operational changes in advertising to achieve growth of conversions and maximize profit

Propose, conduct and report experiments with the aim of improving campaign performance (e.g. creative features, bidding strategies)

Job Requirements :

1-3 years Digital Marketing and account management experience (SEM, digital / programmatic display marketing)

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and methodologies

Liaise with cross-functional teams on a variety of advertising and departmental projects

Knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, DoubleClick)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)

Ability to clearly communicate with the team and management

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to share knowledge and work on a team

Experience ranging from writing ad copy, designing banners and landing pages, defining audience targets, structuring tests and generating out-

of-the-box solutions to help increase conversions

Knowledge and understanding of web analytics suites (Google Analytics)

Must be creative, detail-oriented, analytical, organized and results-driven
