We are looking for University Recruiter taking care of end to end recruitmentfor diverse internships, trainee programs or graduate roles for Johnson &Johnson in Europe while being based in Prague.
Main tasks :
Workon the complete end to end recruitment process for University hiring internships, trainee programs or graduate roles
Participateon all activities connected with University recruitment promotion of Johnson& Johnson within the university landscape social media etc.
postingroles, sourcing for applicants, prescreening, testing, video interviews, aswell as offer management
Collaboratewithin the whole University Hiring team based in Prague as well as aroundEurope
Businesspartnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners etc. on creating staffingplans, developing strategies and implementing agreed action plans
Managingour systems to ensure data integrity at all times, as well as expensemanagement for candidates travelling to assessment centers
Ensuringall follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner
Buildand maintain positive candidate experience through the whole process
Crucialrequirements for candidates :
Atleast 2 years of recruiting experience previous experience with University / Early Talent / Internship recruitment is preferred
FluentGerman & English (spoken and written)
Knowledgeof MS Office
Proficiencyin the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn / job boards etc.)
Abilityto handle peak times in university recruitment, managing the projectssimultaneously
Excellentcommunication and business partnering skills
