In this position you will be in charge from A to Z of (not only) coordination of conferences and development activities for our partners and directors.

ORGANIZATION OF Leadership DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES and conferences for top management (Directors & Partners) :

  • DCE Talent Pipeline- communication with regional HR Leaders for analysis & reviews of potential Leadership members within DCE region
  • Director Promotion Process
  • PADC (Partner candidate Assessment & Development Centre)
  • Deloitte Leader 360 workshop
  • Partner Promotion Process
  • Talent Leaders meeting
  • New Partners meeting (support)
  • Related DCE Talent activities

  • Invitations, confirmation of participants & creating schedule for each event, working directly with Leadership, registration process
  • Venue booking & dealing with the conditions including cost negotiation, contracts signing procedures according to Deloitte policy
  • Coordination with hotel & participants regarding travel arrangements, accommodation booking, logistics communication
  • Creating SharePoint page for each event
  • Preparation of all the materials
  • Providing on-site support within and outside of the Czech Republic
  • Post event activities (feedback reports, calls for Leaders, final budgeting including cost recharge between the practices etc.)

    Ensure all the process steps according to set deadlines (details to be provided) :

  • submitting & gathering all necessary documents
  • running the internal processes cooperating with other departments
  • Independence testing, Risk review etc.)

  • review of candidates and nominations to individual processes based on
  • communication with Leadership in CE region

    Various DCE Talent projects :

  • mapping DCE Talent Regional projects & processes
  • sharing knowledge on new platform of MS Teams and regular updates for DCE
  • Talent Community

  • partner year-end performance review
  • updating Regional Leaders list etc.

  • Prearrange the work and providing guidance to Talent Admin Assistant in Rzeszow

  • Excellent English knowledge (C1) and Czech or Slovak as well
  • A mature approach, assertive (confidence to engage with senior leaders in the firm)
  • Excellent communication skills in general (including telephone skills)
  • Be professional in manner with a commercial approach to decision taking
  • Be able to cope with a pressured and varied workload
  • Time / project management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good social skills
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint knowledge
