Analytics Global Delivery Poland, a large, growing delivery center located in Warsaw, offers high quality Applications / Platforms Development and Management Services to DXC customers all over the world.
The Center’s portfolio covers full software lifecycle, including : Business and Systems Analysis, Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Testing and Support.
The main technology focus is on Cloud, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Web and mobile solutions, ERP and CRM systems. DXC invests in multiple certifications for its employees, both technical (eg Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, SAP), and managerial (PMP, ITIL)
We are looking for : BI Architect
BI Architect
The successful candidate will join a delivery organization providing Applications Services.
Primary scope of responsibilities will include
Strong skills :
Cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP)
Data Visualisation (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Data Manipulation (Alteryx, KNIME or similar)
Data Warehousing (SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake, Google Big Query or similar)
Data Integration (SSIS, Databricks, Informatica or similar)
Analysis and optimization of client BI environments (incl. cloud) and solution configuration
Building strong relationship with clients
Definition and implementation of best practices / guidelines for BI governance and control
Exploring emerging technologies
Producing high and detail level Business Intelligence design specifications
Translating business requirements into technical solutions that can be implemented
Helping clients define BI enterprise architecture and BI solutions road map including timeline and cost estimation
Providing technical leadership (including performance tuning) and oversight for implementation projects and clients directly
Developing POCs to share with the client
We require
Proven leadership skills and services mindset’ satisfaction from helping clients, interested in client needs
Experience in data modeling
Experience in solution and enterprise architecture with enterprise clients, high data volumes and complex business environment
Personality high ownership, attention to details and quality, sense of urgency, liking to work with people
Strong English written and oral communication skills
10+ years of experience in analytics domain (Data warehousing, BI, ETL, data platforms, Hadoop, cloud)
Minimum 2 year with Microsoft Azure and BI stack (Synapse Analytics, ADF, Databricks, Data Lake)
Nice to Have
Experience in BI domain (Power BI, AAS, Tableau, Qlicksense, Qlickview, SAP BO etc.)
Experience with multicloud environment (with GCP, AWS)
