Join our growing team in Prague in this newly created HR Business Partner position. A generalist HR background you will have 2-

3 years experience ideally within local policy implementation, employment law and Learning & Development.

Our long term vision is to create a Centre of Excellence within Prague , which houses our finance and help desk operations to support our global ATM networks.

What will you be doing?

As HR Business Partner you will report into the Global Head of People Services based inLondon. Providing strong generalist support, you will guide, advise and coach employees and leadership in the Prague office to :

  • Understand the business strategy and support the people agenda for the Prague office to support its delivery.
  • Work with managers to advise on and apply policies consistently and fairly.
  • Guide and advise managers on performance management and work with them to develop appropriate solutions, including handling disciplinary and grievance advice and support.
  • Manage and meet recruitment needs within agreed timelines.
  • Implement good change management practices, delivering business change through effective planning and stakeholder management.
  • Work with data to provide solid analytics to the business to support decisions which impact and improve performance.
  • Manage the end to end performance review process including the facilitation of levelling and succession planning.
  • Guide people managers on the pay review process and advise them on promotion increases and retention strategies.
  • What skills will you need?

    A generalist Human Resources background you will have solid commercial awareness and bring with you :

  • Experience in employment law, policy implementation and L&D in a fast paced environment.
  • Relevant qualification in HRM or related discipline.
  • Perseverance to pursue everything with energy, drive and a need to finish, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.
  • Organisational agility knows how the organisation works and how to get things done both through formal and informal channels.
  • A roll your sleeves up’ attitude, able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Pragmatic and can do’ attitude, able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
