This year we created a new externally focused Talent Engagement team sat within the Talent Acquisition function focused on engaging even more of the best and brightest people from across the world so Novartis can keep Reimagining Medicine, and that’s where you come in! As the new Global Operations Lead for the new Talent Engagement team you will be responsible for all operational elements of the teams’ strategies and practices which includes operationalizing our new employer value proposition (EVP).
Your key responsibilities will have a direct impact on the strategic decision making of the teams approach to EVP operationalization and external talent engagement overall.
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Operationally managing our talent engagement channels and calendars including social media. Ensuring robust data analytics from Novartis and vendor tools for accurate ROI tracking.
Partnering with the Group Social Media Communication and division Communications leads to monitor channel calendars to help curate content for talent audiences and to help weave talent content into Communications owned campaigns capturing ROI data for strategic decision making.
With the Head of Talent Engagement, proactively manage the Novartis.com / careers site and all country career pages working in partnership with group and local HR, Diversity and Inclusion, Communications and Digital communications team to capture ROI for strategic decision making.
Where required, supporting in the creation of locally based talent engagement content used for external channels.
Proactively managing the teams standard operating procedures, guidelines to ensure compliance, becoming a key point of contact for Patient Safety and Legal teams where required.

What you’ll bring to the role :
Curiosity, innovation, collaboration and solution focused thinking.
Degree (or international equivalent) in English, Marketing / Communications or an analytical subject
Proven track record in talent acquisition operations or talent acquisition marketing operations at a local level, ideally gained in the pharmaceutical, scientific or tech industry.
Solid project management skills to help drive initiatives.
Skill : Excellent data and analytics skills. Excellent communication skills at all levels, solid business partnering and experience in a fast paced environment is required.
Exellent English language skills (written and spoken).
