For our significant client, an international SSC company based in Prague we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position Order Management Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for order processing, solving customers’ and partners’ inquiries, maintaining the database and other administrative and ad hoc tasks on highly professional level.
The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented and flexible person with great organisational skills, focus on detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to resist stress and solve problems efficiently.
Some experience in customer service is required and fluent English and German at the level of a native speaker is a must.
The knowledge of Excel is necessary, SAP or Oracle is a big advantage.
