Digital Identity Expert, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

46 000! this is the number of generic AD accounts that the DIAA team is managing.

Based in our office in Prague, the Digital Identity Expert is responsible (directly or indirectly) for contribute to the day-to-day management of a set of systems, tools or applications, ensuring their stability and integrity, while meeting customer service levels

Your key responsibilities :

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Be the first point of contact for our clients,

Ensure the creation, change and deletion of both digital identity and IT accounts according to process.

Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures and quality standards,

Ensure that appropriate operational service

documentation is created and accepted by stakeholders,

Collaborating globally with different departments,

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role :

Degree in computer science or appropriate technical / functional,

Customer service experience,

Experience I IT Incident & Problem Management,

Able to work on shifting schedules (Mon to Fri)

Fluent English speaker

You’ll receive :
