A new and exciting road lies ahead of us now; are you in?

We're currently looking for an excited and talented HR Trainee to help us push our organization forward.

Within 18 months you will have the following opportunities :

You will become a full member of the team and learn how our HR processes work.

You will go through all phases of the employee's life cycle from recruitment to termination of employment, preparation of employment documents, internal communication, training and remuneration of employees.

You get a possibility to switch all departments during the program and get an overview of all the processes that take place in our company.

You will take part in a wide range of trainings and workshops that will develop your skills.

You will visit one of the BCS foreign plant.

You will be part of the TRAINEE project team, in which you will work on the assigned project.

If you feel you're the right fit, please don't hesitate to apply! For this role we're requiring the following experiences :

University graduate in economics / humanities (successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree program this or last year, ie 2020 - 2021).

Knowledge of English - min. B2

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

Independence, diligence, willingness to learn new things, proactive approach, ability to work in a team

Communicative and organizational skills, flexibility

Driving license "B"
