We’re looking for ambitious and eager Key Account Managers B2B lighting solutions to join our sales team based in Prague, Czech Republic .

As Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and fostering long-term, strategic partnerships with major key accounts in B2B segment.

Together with a team of great colleagues from Project Support, Lighting Design, and Marketing, you curate custom offerings.

You speak it and communicate the value of our offerings both strategically and financially. You’ll work autonomously and you’ll have responsibility for delivering business and financial objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with large key accounts by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • Drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • Create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability
  • Ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

    Your qualifications

  • Master’s and / or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling technical solutions in a B2B market in Czech Republic with technical understanding of connected systems
  • 3+ years proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets, as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • Fluent Czech (as a must) and English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Key Account Managers at Signify

  • Are confident and persuasive with strong influencing and storytelling skills
  • Have a track record of being deal-closers
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and collaborative environment.
