Enterprise integration (advanced)
The role is within the Commercial banking digital programme, for an experienced Technical Lead to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which materially impact solution delivery.
They will facilitate requirements analyses, conduct peer reviews, provide feedback, enhance frameworks as well as acting as a strong individual contributor in their area of remit.
What we require is an individual with strong knowledge of best practices, good organisational skills, and strong proficiency in Java technologies.
Ownership of technical delivery for their agile team
Leadership / mentorship over their agile team
Communication on behalf of their agile team
Excellent communication skills such that able to articulate and present technical solutions, approach etc. to senior stakeholders.
Be experienced with a range of agile practices and understand how, why and where they work
Be able to work across teams to remove blockers and manage technical dependencies
Work with architects and Business Product Owners to ensure our software is fit for purpose now and in the future, easy to change and has quality built in from the start
Experience in all phases in the Development Life Cycle
Very good understanding of architecture and design patterns
Developing / Reviewing Code
Relational Database (Oracle)
Knowledge of enterprise integration
Industry standards for EDI such as SWIFT formats, XML, ANSI ,EDIFACT etc
Should have worked in DevOps team and well versed with Agile Framework.
Maven / Jenkins integration
Git or similar version control tool
Agile -Scrum frame work
Nice to have
Unix / Linux
Experience in IBM WTX or WMB would be added advantage
Automation tools e.g. TOSCA, Selenium
Either Seeburger Business Integration Server / Sterling Integrator / GIS / Axway integrator
