The Amazon Global Workforce Staffing (WFS) Organization is a critical element in bringing on talent to deliver our customer experience around the globe.

With 1M hourly associates hired annually and growing in the next 24 months, WFS is performing an historic and unprecedented task to bring new people to work for Amazon Operations.

WFS Learning and Development (L&D) plays a pivotal role in training WFS employees in the execution of their job duties, tasks, and responsibilities.

Part of WFS hiring operations is Amazon Candidate Connection Services (ACCS). ACCS provides world-class phone, SMS, chat, and email support for candidates applying for hourly associate positions with Amazon.

The Training Manager, EU is an active member of the ACCS Learning and Development Team, driving and supporting site performance and network initiatives.

The Training Manager actively leads a team of training specialists who manage the content development and training of internal and vendor agents.

By partnering with ACCS content, operations, quality, and business partners, the Training Manager drives positive impacts on the key business metrics including quality, productivity and customer experience.

The Training Manager oversees agent and trainer onboarding, and compliance with ACCS training policies, procedures, and standards.

Being successful on this team requires the ability to :

  • Discover and Innovate : partner with business stakeholders to understand program goals and define the learning solution that will make their programs successful
  • Design and Develop : create performance-focused training content that engages our learners, ensuring content is ready for localization and deployment in international locations
  • Design and Develop : create outstanding learning tools, performance support aids, practice tests, online tutorials, and other materials to meet identified needs
  • Design and Develop : create tests, quizzes, and other assessments to ensure learner understanding and performance
  • Deliver Results : manage your projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines, and produce reports of participant feedback, knowledge assessment results, and business impact.
  • Travel may be required up to 20%
