We are looking for a Business Analyst to help us scale through data-driven action. When you join our analytics team, you will play a vital role in solving problems across a wide array of business areas, which will provide you an opportunity to see the impact of your personal work right away.
You will be the market expert and will play an integral role in providing insights to driving the product strategy and go to market.
You will know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn’t guesswork.
You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of Bronto’s data product, product positioning, and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.
You will collaborate with our product and product marketing team to develop stories around our product capabilities and create innovative programs that drive demand.
An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems.
You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.
Responsibilities : Responsibilities
You will analyze and understand user and consumer behavior and trends throughout our platform.
Provide business insights and recommendation to our customers and partners.
You will measure how new features are driving changes to customer behavior.
Develop standard reports and analytics for key business results like marketing effectiveness, key trends, campaign ROI, benchmarks, and segment performance.
Identify improvements to product usability through on-site changes.
You will find meaningful business relationships in data and communicate appropriately.
You will also build and execute test plans and drive the learning agenda for your focus area.
Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to incorporate the analysis data into the core product, develop product positioning, and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
Ideally, you have 3+ year of analytics experience, preferably at an e-commerce, retail, or SaaS company. Ability to work independently.
You have experience with creating SQL, reporting, data prep, and analyst tools. Additional programming language experience and big data architecture a plus.
Knowledge of statistics and hypotheses testing. Model building experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to leadership
