ABOUT THE TEAM

Global HR Data Management Team looks after the people data of 100k+ SAP employees worldwide. Delivering scalable HR services with a human touch and innovation are the corner stones of our culture.

We are a diverse team of about 200 colleagues, operating mostly out of Prague.

DM Quality and Experiences -team within the Global Data Management enables the service delivery teams to run with the highest standards for compliance, and data and service quality.

We equip our colleagues with related know-how, tools, and procedures -and have fun while doing so.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Consultant, you help translate SAP’s global HR strategy into actionable plans around operational excellence, automation, and governance.

You collaborate with other HR teams worldwide to establish efficient, intelligent processes with clear accountabilities, supported by various SAP technologies.

As a gatekeeper of a global process, you ensure the framework is applied consistently. You proactively drive continuous improvement and adjust to changing operating environment.

  • Act as a co-Process Experience Manager for one of our key processes : the employment contract governance
  • Orchestrate regular internal trainings to onboard new joiners and develop additional offering to experienced colleagues
  • Co-lead our Continuous Improvement initiatives and enhancement of compliance related processes
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our HR processes, the foundation of our daily operations
  • Coordinate our Headcount Governance related policies
  • Drive innovation projects to embed governance aspects into our HR systems and processes
  • Collaborate within a network of SAP’s HR teams and other internal stakeholders
  • ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    You are likely to have a degree in business. You have several years of experience in an international HR service environment.

    Experience in managing international, virtual projects is a plus.

  • Fluent English and not shy to use it
