As Commercial Application Support Lead, you will
Operate services for IT systems and applications within the scope, to ensure sustainment of business operations
Track supplier performance against execution of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes across applications
Manage change requests via Demand Management activities
Monitor supplier deliverables against SLAs
Provide guidance to the business around vendors and technical trends in line with the IT service catalogue
Help define architecture for account area by working with Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture
Align service management processes, procedures, operating level agreements and underpinning contracts to the agreed service level targets
Evaluate, create, documents and publish the Service Catalogue outlining the IT services provided by a specific service unit
Establish metric / performance reporting approach
What we need
Knowledge of commercial application domain (CRM, BI, ) prior experience as CRM business analyst or CRM demand manager are welcome.
Knowledge and experience of working in a business analyst capacity with ability to quickly understand business processes.
Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
Ability to work independently as well in a team
Ability to succeed in a dynamic, rapidly changing, highly matrixed business environment
Excellent facilitation, consultation, and influence skills including experience with outsourced service providers
Excellent skills using IT applications to organize and analyze data
Problem solving oriented and innovative thinking to the skills and as responsibilities to drive process improvements
Experience of working within an IT service framework (ITIL), throughout the service lifecycle
Project management experience on participation on small to medium sized projects, with demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
Application of service management process methodologies and tools including : Relationship management; Contract management, Supplier management
MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent in Business Engineering, Economics Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering
