This role's key purpose is to support change management process by developing applications and scripting bulk requests for efficient Account Management provisioning in Expedia, Inc.
lines of business globally. This position has important role for process optimization, effectiveness and contribution to a continuous improvement environment.
Plays a key role in positively representing Account Management by an excellent customer experience.
This position primarily supports bulk scripting and development :
Development of scripts portfolio for various applications
Work on projects, development of tools and applications
Providing training in supervising areas
Following processes related to Account Management
Working with multiple teams within the company to resolve related problems
Problem solving by reproducing scenarios, researching available data, filing bug reports, developing alternatives to bring resolution to issues
Assisting engineering team when testing new features
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to details
Ability to work effectively in global environment
Power shell, .NET strong knowledge
Database skills (Oracle, ,MSQL) including SQL and Stored Procedures
SQL knowledge highly desirable
Work Experience and Education Guidelines :
Proven experience within developing applications or scripting
