identifying the Top customers in the FS market, acquiring and building a relationship
managing / optimizing costs, negotiating with distributors and administration of 3 parties' contracts and commitments with KA
finding a way to increase sales to distributors and critical FS chains
developing and implementing sales & marketing support plans through related distributors and KA
developing and executing sales, managing the promo plans & investments for distributors & KA, and researching trends on the market
setting targets and supporting distributors in achieving them
preparation and delivery of product training / cooking shows and sales force training
monitoring and analyzing competitors' activity
prices monitoring and calculating purchase prices for KA
managing the delivery of sales targets according to agreements with distributors
cooperation with marketing and other departments in order to achieve maximum brand visibility and successful business
who we are looking for
a minimum of 2 years of experiance in FMCG sales in a similar position in an international environment
understanding of financial aspects of cooperation with clients
excellent expressive skills
communication skills in Englis is a must
result orientation, analytical skills
driving licence B - active driver
