We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who will be part of the Recruiting & Employer Reputation Team of the Deutsche Telekom Group and will actively contribute to the team’s main focus of effectively transforming the Group’s strategic plan into actions to attract the best talents globally.
The SAP SuccessFactors Consultantwill be responsible for transforming HR processes moving into a full cloud delivery mode to support our recruiting business.
The job holder will cover a wide range of HR related topics, from analyzing business requirements, developing functional and technical solutions, project implementation to continuous maintenance of the HCM suite.
The role involves strong application consulting delivery both onsite but also remotely.
Continuous business maintenance of SuccessFactors suite, module recruiting, together with the IT counterparts.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in blueprint sessions, review options and provide recommendations
Communicating benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and the various IT Teams
Development of business cases for new SAP HR initiatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in HR, business, analytics, or Information Technology Field-related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in working with HR and Talent Management systems, HR Cloud Software Solution Implementations, Business Process Analysis, Change Management, Systems Design or System Implementation
Ideally hands on experience on end to end implementations, as well as integrations within SuccessFactors modules (especially Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central)
Ability to work in a multinational environment
German is a plus
