Associate Curriculum Developer 190007X0 Preferred Qualifications Our Graduate Development Program prepares entry level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career at NetSuite Curriculum Development Associates participate in an initial six month enablement program focused on building product knowledge and Curriculum Development proficiency through training and development Analysts learn firsthand how to design develop and maintain curriculum for all NetSuite training courses as well as integrating new product releases and instructor feedback into existing courseware The Curriculum Developer has a strategic role in designing and developing new courses to meet the needs of NetSuite customers partners and employees Developed curriculum will support a variety of audiences at both the functional and technical levels Courses may be delivered via instructor led classroom training instructor led virtual training and self paced e learning As an Associate Curriculum Developer you will have the opportunity to make immediate contributions to the organization by Developing courses using defined standards and course templates while applying sound Adult Learning methodology for all audiences including customers partners and employees Developing and maintaining high quality interactive e learning courses that combine multiple components for a positive user experience presentations demonstrations simulations activities quizzes job aids and other materials as needed Build e learning content that can be published SCORM 1 2 and tracked within the LMS Team with subject matter experts to gather requirements and incorporate expertise and best practices into curriculums and learning objectives Provide regular project milestone status updates utilizing a structured project delivery methodology Develop and maintain positive relationships with business owners SMEs and other stakeholders to gather best practices incorporate expertise into learning objectives and user scenarios and deliver knowledge transfers of updated and new courses to ensure instructors can effectively teach the material Manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks Being a team member on projects who contributes to meeting team goals Successful Associates progress into Curriculum Developer II positions within the NetSuite Professional Services Organization Why this is a German and or French and or Spanish and or Portuguese or other Graduating class of 2017 2021 Bachelors degree in education instructional design information systems technology or equivalent preferred 0 to 2 years of experience relevant to the role Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively clearly and concisely Willingness to share ideas when solicited and ask for feedback Excellent attention to detail Passion for training Ability to analyze training requirements and present effective educational solutions preferred Knowledge of audience engagement techniques for different learning styles preferred Knowledge of curriculum design principles and practices including structured writing techniques task analysis interactive training development of storyboards scripts and course content and evaluation methods preferred Ability to establish excellent relationships with the extended training team as well as with product management development support and other organizations Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively Possess a flexible attitude and be an innovative and creative thinker Proficient skills using application simulations a plus Knowledge of Accounting Finance and other Business processes Start Date July 2019 Detailed Description and Job Requirements Develops courseware to support new and existing products often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division Manage development and delivery of product training on software Define training needs develop plan and schedule Refine presentations by engineering and product management into training presentations for specific audiences Manage production of webcast version of each training presentation using expert presenters Handle all logistics needed to hold live training Ensure that timely training accompanies all future product releases May be responsible for answering phones in training facility Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is needed Follows standard practices and procedures Normally receives detailed instructions on routine work and new assignments BA BS 6 years of business experience experience managing event logistics As part of Oracle s employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre
