CustomerService Representative with Polish
Location : Prague, Czech republic
Contract : full time
Customer service representative will be responsible forprocessing inbound and outbound orders, enquiries, complaints and informationthrough multiple methods of communication, daily communication with customersvia phone and email.
Also accountablefor maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely andcorrect order processing.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU willhave :
Processing orders received frominternal and external customers
Provide quality service and supportin handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for allcustomers in a perfect manner
Daily communication with customersvia phone and email, positive phone presence is essential
Cooperation with logistic andfinance A / R departments
Maintain SLA’s & EMA Metrics(including KPIs associated with role)
Support internal & BusinessImprovement initiatives
