ABOUT THE TEAM
The Global Field Compensation CoE operates as a global team within the Finance Board Area. We are responsible for maintenance of the CallidusCloud Sales Performance solution (SAP Commissions) for administration of bonus plans, testing, quality assurance and business requirements.
It is the responsibility of this team to understand the Bonus Plan Framework and to set up the calculation tools to reflect these requirements.
Employees receiving incentive payments are to be paid accurately and on time.
This role requires a close working relationship with Controlling, Business Operations, Payroll, TR and HRBPs.
