As a Lead ERP Analyst, you will provide ERP (primarily SAP & Oracle) governance and guidance expertise and assure effective delivery of multiple complex ERP programs and projects within Honeywell Enterprise IT.
The team is dedicated to deliver projects supporting growth of business units through enhancements of Core ERP systems and applications.
You will have the opportunity to deal with full breadth and width of solutions required to execute business operations in a multi-billion enterprise spanning globally across multiple industrial segments.
You will set up SAP project teams and resources, define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
You will oversee root cause analysis and ensure learnings are shared across the organization to enable higher productivity.
You will develop and oversee standardized work, project management methodologies, templates, governance and tools to enable consistent, high quality, agile execution of IT projects within your remit.
You will provide leadership in improving IT processes and programs.
Additionally, you will drive PMO 2.0 efforts focused on automatization of processes associated with project portfolio governance.
This activity involves definition, development, implementation and change management associated with portfolio governance tool chain.
oERP methodology and quality control
oAdherence to tool and process use
oSystem and business process trouble shooter.
oParticipation in tollgate review and business leadership project forums (e.g. steering committees)
oDevelopment of tools and techniques to achieve automated PMO 2.0 governance model, including their adoption in daily use
oIncluding people change management
