The Enterprise Services Compute and Connectivity Platform Organization designs, implements and operates a state-of-the-art Information Systems Infrastructure serving around 110,000 employees, in over 900 locations across 65 plus countries.

As a Lead Network Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering an intelligent, robust and contemporary network infrastructure in support of Honeywell’s Wide Area Network which provides global connectivity from end users to all applications (Premise Data Centers, AWS, Azure, SAS peering, Internet, etc.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter and a change agent with experience and desire to deliver timely information to drive intelligent decisions to provide a cutting-edge network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the generation of network intelligence metrics to demonstrate overall network health and any service improvement opportunities
  • Lead network traffic analysis and bandwidth optimization efforts to ensure attainment of performance and availability objectives
  • Act as a liaison to enable Service Delivery and operations Teams to deploy and support integrations in the production environments.
  • Ensure instrumentation is global, comprehensive and holistic from an operations and manageability point of view
  • Automate, optimize and scale data analysis to take the right action, with the right information at the right time to reduce and eliminate manual intervention
  • Develop, execute and document various network tools / platform integration opportunities across enterprise network infrastructure
  • Assist in the transformation of legacy services to contemporary solutions using metrics, visualization and analysis to prioritize and deliver value to the
  • Act as a trusted advisor with businesses, internal teams, supplier partners, end-users, and solution providers to ensure processes and tools are in place
  • You Must Have

  • BS Degree required
  • 5+ years’ IT Infrastructure experience managing, securing, operating and supporting network / voice services with a strong focus on IP networking and security technologies
  • 2 years of experience operationalizing metrics to drive priorities and continuous improvements around capacity, performance, availability including new and optimized features and capabilities
  • MS Degree
  • Hands on Experience with ServiceNow, or any other ITSM tools
  • Programming, scripting, developing code on Unix using API's, python or equivalent is a plus
  • Hands on experience and familiarity with the following networking technologies
  • oSoftware defined network methodologies

    oCisco’s hardware and software suite

    oDNS and Global Load Balancing

    oNetwork access control, dot 1x technologies

    oNetwork Security (NAT, Stateful Firewalls)

    oNetwork Traffic Management

    oNetwork Manage Systems and integrating

    oNetwork cost optimization techniques

    oVoice over IP (VoIP), and associated protocols

  • CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, ITIL, Six Sigma certifications a plus
  • Ambitious learner that is passionate about technology

  • Excellent oral, written and collaborative communication skills
