You will join the IT Service Management organization and collaborate with colleagues from Process Governance, IT Automation, Reporting and Analytics, Global Service Desk, Global Operations Center, IT Operations as well as our Suppliers to define, analyze, implement and sustain improvements in order to enable the delivery of quality IT services throughout the organization.
In a nutshell, we will want you to :
Understand ITIL process methodologies, IT Master Data / CMDB, Reporting and Analytics principles as well as Software Development lifecycle, Automation methods to maintain the overall Service Management support system architecture / portfolio.
Develop in-depth understanding of IT Service Management and its stakeholder’s (IT Development and Operation with Pharma business overlap including Manufacturing automation systems and research lab instruments) priorities aligned with the business needs.
Analyze trends and opportunities utilizing real data, identify opportunities and drive implementation of designed improvements and automations in mentioned domains.
Understand existing system shortfalls to achieve objectives and formulate functional requirements.
Use visual modeling tool to model existing business processes and its functional decomposition.
Setup focus groups and facilitate development sessions to elicit, analyze and verify requirements.
Work closely with solution development and quality assurance teams to conduct comprehensive E2E test cases at various system levels and ensure the final product meets business requirements.
Manage requirement traceability from conception to implementation and product release.
Confirming business buy-in developing user stories and use cases and adopt relevant communication strategy across business stakeholders.
Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
