As a Support & Maintenance Engineer Level 2 for the Gemalto Global Services team, you will manage operations for systems, tools and applications, ensuring their stability and integrity, while meeting customer service levels.
A week in the life of a Support & Maintenance Engineer (L2) :
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
To succeed at this job, you must have experience with C and UNIX / Linux shell script programming, Oracle or MySQL database, knowledge of WebLogic administration, experience with managing production systems in Cloud or Hybrid Cloud, knowledge of debugging methods and tools, monitoring tools such as OP5, ELK or Grafana, and have client facing experience.
You must be fluent in English.

You must have a degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience as IT support with knowledge of system and application support.
