Service Assurance Expert - IAM, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

1! excellent opportunity to manage the demand and resources delivering the global IAM service, responsible for overseeing the service operation team ensuring the coordination of this team in overall enhancement request planning, delivery and issue resolution within the scope of AMS.

Managing and supporting the global stakeholder (i.e., ISRM, FC&C and CFC) and all compliance related engagement and initiatives.

Responsible for global application IAM security operation.

Your key responsibilities :

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Coordinate, control and monitor changes to the systems environment to ensure operational stability. -Plan and execute service transitions as well as post transition activities, confirming that there are defined service commitment points for each transition program.
  • Track service readiness documents are created and accepted by stakeholders and that transition risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Ensure up-front planning, scheduling, and successful deployment of releases to production environment in a controlled and systematic way so as to meet service levels and avoid any impacts on existing services.
  • Ensure that all release and deployment packages can be tracked, installed, tested, verified and backed out (if required).

  • Conduct service handover and lead the go live authorization discussions with the other work streams; maintain operational service catalog and ensure consistency between the catalog and the overall service portfolio.

  • Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in industrial standard ITIL, SoX, GxP and Data privacy
  • 8+ years working experience, deep know-how of security and authorization design, segregation of duties, identity access Management, audit and security risk assessment
  • Good knowledge in SAP GRC, Active Directory, Authentication (e.g., SSO / MFA) and Oracle Identity Manager or other relevant IAM software
  • Background from the pharmaceutical sector
