The Purpose :
You will manage HR master data & Payroll, core HR processes (Hiring, Employee Moves, Termination, Personal Data, Org. Management) related requests / queries.
Monitor and track HR master data, payroll, time management system, pension and recruitment support. Handling urgent issues.
Update related process documentation. Continuously improve processes in scope. Support process trainings. Manage reporting related payroll processes.
Develop and guide process trainings. Maintain SLA and Client reports. Initiate and deliver project assignment. Develop mentoring skills.
Participate in delivering Master Data & Payroll related projects. Perform additional tasks upon Manager request. Solve (and escalate if necessary) system and product related queries / issues.
