We are looking for engineers with exposure to DevOps and Agile, to join our cloud engineering, service-oriented team. The team’s aim is to manage infrastructure with a strong focus on Cloud, Security Services, Virtualization and Containers.
The team is based in Brno and it support different services for the organization; this is a Systems engineering role, not a security role, we provide the underlying infrastructure, new features and configuration of the underlying systems Security teams use.
What this team is not
This is not a first response team, although we work with a queue, we work 85% on projects, we are not on-call and we only get scalations after teams such as SRE or Security cannot find what they need or there is a service incident that requires our expertise.

- You are a mature person that can be relied upon with critical and important tasks.Technologies you will be exposed to: - Languages: Python and shell based. - Public Cloud: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Linux: Centos 6.x/7.x and OEL (RHEL). - Configuration management : Saltstack and ansible. - IaaC: Terraform. - Virtualization: KVM, Vagrant. - Containerization: Docker, Oracle Kubernetes Engine. Qualifications/skills Required - CS., Engineering degree (BS/MS), or equivalent IT experience. - 3+ years of GNU/Linux administration experience. - Comfortable with shell scripting and command line tools (sed, awk, egrep, etc.) - Demonstrable conceptual and command line Git knowledge. - Having used at least one config. management tool (salt, chef, puppet, ansible, etc.) - Experienced with at least one Public Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI). - Good knowledge of DNS, SMTP, NTP services. - Understanding of networking, TCP/IP suite and major components. - Bonus points for exposure to Dcker and/or Kubernetes.
