Stanley Black & Decker is investing to double its eCommerce and omnichannel business globally. We are recruiting to find a driven and experienced eCommerce Channel Specialist who has the skills and experience to work closely with all key stakeholders to deliver on the Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) ambitions.
The role, whilst based in Czech, is part of the CEE region, covering 31 countries from Germany to Russia, and benefits from a wider Central Europe and Global matrix structure with a true multinational culture and go to market strategy.
Focused on the Czech and Slovakia markets, with the potential to support other markets, you will take full ownership of the eCommerce channel delivering best in class content, customer activation strategies, and high levels of ROI for eCommerce accounts to grow and sustain our position as the world No1 tool manufacturer.
Working in a dynamic environment, this role is focused on delivery working closely with wider functions including
Brand, Product Management and Marketing teams to define, build and deliver an eCommerce growth strategy for the SBD business.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Reporting to the Group eCommerce Channel Manager, you will plan and execute local market eCommerce and digital marketing activity to increase sales and grow new and existing online customers in line with the CEE growth plan and eCommerce strategy.
Work "hand in glove" with the commercial, brand and marketing teams to ensure a seamless consumer journey and an optimized brand experience with key customers
Work with Group eCommerce Channel Manager and sales leads to define the e-strategy for existing pure-play and omnichannel retailers.
Work with Key Account Managers to implement agreed tactics.
Work with Group eCommerce Channel Manager and sales leads to define the strategy and identify key local market "Pure play" e-tailers you should be working with.
Utilize analytics and insight tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple customer touchpoints
Work with trade marketing teams to analyse product categories and make appropriate product mix recommendations
Build campaigns with ROI in mind with clear objectives and data-driven investments to achieve goals.
Work closely with the wider CEE eCommerce team to ensure strong working relationships and sharing of best practice
Development and implementation of a rolling 6-month plan for key eCommerce partners aligned to brand activations and commercial priorities
Effectively contribute to SEO optimization
Create best in class content, when needed, through close working with the Digital Data Manager, Brand and Sales teams and implement with key customers.
Attend key customer meetings, creating and developing relationships with external sales and marketing teams
MEASUREMENT AND PERFORMANCE

New product penetration
3 years plus experience working in Sales or Marketing with Marketplace, Omni-channel and / or Pure eCommerce customers.
Experience in designing and implementing customer campaigns to deliver on agreed targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
Advanced user of Excel and experience with Power BI
Financial skills : Demonstrates knowledge of financial dynamics and the implications for the organization. Demonstrates understanding of how organizations achieve profitability targets.
Ability to develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies
Ability to expand skills and take on additional responsibility in the near future
Ability to think analytically, conduct ROI analysis and make decisions based on numbers and / or fact-based information
Ability to understand the cross-functional pieces of the SBD business process and bring value-added thinking to improve the target business process
Assertive, organized and strong follow-through.

Higher Education in marketing, digital marketing or related
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
Experience within a Matrix Management organization and commercial report lines.
