The Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a Guest Experience Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.

The position of Guest Experience Manager is aimed at elevating the experience of our most valued guests. It will report directly to the FOM (or Dir.

Of Rooms) and have the title of Assistant Department Head. The department will be established with a headcount of 1 colleague with the possibility to add on as the program settles and evolves.

The GE Manager will seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the hotel and assists hotel outlets in putting processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed by all employees.

Our top tier guests require an additional degree of recognition and care. The GE Team will have as a main responsibility to ensure their flawless stay, coordinating all aspects of their visit and creating a connection from the pre arrival to the post arrival stages.

The GE Team will be a main point of reference for our Elite guests, becoming the on property Elite contact handling the telephone communication during office hours and any possible arrangements they may require.

General responsibilities

  • Review all reservations on a daily basis for allocation and to select the qualifying GE Team guests
  • Ensure all confirmations are completed and all requests are taken care of in direct cooperation with the concierge team
  • Meet all GE Team guests upon arrival and departure finding opportunities to engage during the stay to ensure the stay is according to their expectations.
  • Ensure glitches are resolved satisfactorily for the GE Guests

  • Perform daily VIP room inspections for eligible guests to make sure amenities, welcome cards and special touches have been arranged
  • Communicate with Operations departments any important and relevant information, points deemed worthy of special attention, about GE Team guests and making sure the departmental notes and preferences are up to date in Golden
  • Be the contact person for prominent families, HNWIs and Elite guests
  • Be a driving force behind guest centric projects, aimed at elevating the experience and recognition of qualifying guests
  • Provides Crunch Team assistance throughout the hotel and guidance to less senior colleagues, ensuring standards adhesion and EVOLVE Values are upheld at all times
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, spoken and written
  • Experience working with high expectation guests and ability to prioritize their needs with a high level of guest centricity
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
  • Attention to detail and high level of creativity
  • Previous hotel front desk and hospitality experience in same or similar position
  • Must be available to work weekends, days, evenings and having a flexible approach to schedule to meet our top tier guest needs
  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in English and conversational oral proficiency in Czech or Slovak
  • Good organizational skill and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Opera is preferred
  • Must have EU work authorization.
