The Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a Guest Experience Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
The position of Guest Experience Manager is aimed at elevating the experience of our most valued guests. It will report directly to the FOM (or Dir.
Of Rooms) and have the title of Assistant Department Head. The department will be established with a headcount of 1 colleague with the possibility to add on as the program settles and evolves.
The GE Manager will seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the hotel and assists hotel outlets in putting processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed by all employees.
Our top tier guests require an additional degree of recognition and care. The GE Team will have as a main responsibility to ensure their flawless stay, coordinating all aspects of their visit and creating a connection from the pre arrival to the post arrival stages.
The GE Team will be a main point of reference for our Elite guests, becoming the on property Elite contact handling the telephone communication during office hours and any possible arrangements they may require.
Ensure glitches are resolved satisfactorily for the GE Guests
