We’re seeking a Team Leader, based in our Prague Office on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract. In this role you will be responsible for managing service delivery challenges, payment coordination, KPIs and SLAs and be the interface between Operations, KAM and external Clients, taking full ownership and accountability of the deliverables.

You will also be responsible for developing, training and coaching your team of direct reports (5), ensuring behaviours, standards and service offerings are exemplary and commensurate with client and business performance management.

  • Attend on-site Client Service Review meetings, workshops and Client Advisory Boards.
  • Ensure all workload priorities are established, managed and delivered on time.
  • Ensure all SLAs are reviewed on annual basis together with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintains strong communication links and relationships with members of the Operational and Client Facing teams and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly / weekly progress reports to be submitted to the Branch Operations Manager.
  • Develop reporting / KPI / scorecard metrics.
  • Regular communication with other Operational areas to gain / provide feedback and promote operational excellence.
  • Leading team - lead by example and act as a role model.
  • Be first point of referral for consultation, advice and shared learning.
  • Hold regular one to one’s with team members to discuss successes and issues, and quarterly Empowerment discussions.
  • Own Induction and Validation Testing to ensure knowledge of businesses products and services is maintained in the team.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • Previous experience in a Client facing role within Financial Services / Banking / Payments Industry.
  • Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills.
  • Previous Team Leader / Manager experience.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines / sense of urgency
  • Ability to motivate others to deliver service excellence to Customers
  • Ability to identify and implement ways of improving efficiency.
  • Languages Fluent Czech and English language essential. What makes you stand out?
