Role Title : Technical Operations Expert Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic
If you want to be in charge of project delivery of the technical upgrades for all applications in scope across Novartis, the below opportunity is for you.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all applications comply with Novartis security standards and driving continuous improvement to strengthen the lifecycle of the application.
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Management of the Software lifecycle methodology and information systems : development and support for a portfolio of over 2500 applications.
Planning and driving Release Cycle Execution Projects as part of the operational baseline.
Reporting on the health of the project and team performance against established service level agreements at the upper management reviews.
Facilitating communication about programs and project progress with various stakeholders.
Conduct Steering Committee briefing meetings with various stakeholders and pre-sent the Go / No-Go decisions to the application management team.

What you’ll bring to the role :
ITIL V3 or Project methodology certification; Lean Six Sigma at least green belt.
At least 5 years of experience in Project Office delivering various projects and enhancements for different technologies.
Capability to provide consulting in order to achieve balance between cost and risk as well as knowledge of SAP, Red Hat, Java, Linux and Windows.
Capability to manage technical project up to 2mUSD.
Influence Steering & Risk committees, ISRM security architects, internal & external auditors, program & other project managers.
