For our Global Recruitment Team, we are currently looking for additional skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to help us with our recruitment activities across the company and around the globe.
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
Develop a recruitment strategy, job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-
digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization (finance, sales, marketing, R&D, e-commerce etc.)
Identify future talent needs and proactive recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data, e.g.
competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
Manage and guide the development of company employment resource
Participate in employment events, such as career fairs etc.
Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including statistics
Experience with recruitment for different areas in IT company (mainly development, infrastructure, and IT support)
Understanding online / e-commerce, Big data, the mobile area is a big plus
Very good understanding of the local Brno market specifics and strong professional and social network
Excellent communication and interviewing skills
Ability to understand hiring managers requirements very well to search for the right candidates
Ability to run the recruitment process from the very beginning till the end
Very good negotiation skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to sell the opportunity to the market
Very good English (written and spoken)
Ability to function in none corporate environment and very independently
Creative mind and outside of box thinking is must for the role
Has to be a great team player with positive energy and proactive approach!
