You will be responsible for leading the team of medical representatives in accordance with the marketing strategy and ethical code of the International Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (hereinafter referred to as MAFS) with the goal of fulfilling sales plans.

And also for ensuring effective communication and feedback among employees of other business units and departments and employees in the field. Main responsibilities

  • To search, accept, manage, monitor, motivate, and develop medical representatives in the scope of the position tasks for the District Sales Manager, including dealing with disciplinary infractions
  • Proactive approach to personal development
  • Key activities

  • Joint visits with representatives
  • Individual and team evaluation of medical representatives’ work
  • Monitoring the market in the entrusted geographic area
  • Support of medical representatives when organizing local events
  • Monitoring the resource allocation of medical representatives in their field
  • Utilizing available analytical tools (IMS, Pharmapa, BM, TEAMS)
  • Organizing team meetings and individual evaluation interviews
  • Monitoring and checking sales activities
  • Getting acquainted with, adhering to and monitoring the adherence to internal directives and provisions
  • What qualifications and competencies you should have

  • University education
  • Driver’s license B
  • Advanced user’s knowledge of work on a PC, MS Office
  • Excel graphs, formulas, contingency tables
  • Outlook messages, calendar, tasks
  • Word text, text formatting, tables
  • PowerPoint presentations, inserting of graphs and files into presentation
  • Previous work experience of min. 2 years at the position of Sales Manager
  • English language oral and written skills (understanding, speaking, writing) at the B2 level in all areas
  • Czech language oral and written skills (understanding, speaking, writing) at the B2 level in all areas
  • Excellent organization, communication and managerial skills with a focus on team and individual leadership
  • Orientation on performance and results of subordinates, team and the whole company
  • Orientation on clients
