QlikView (nice to have) Power BI (regular) Application Support Specialist - Business Intelligence As an Application Support Specialist in BI team you will be the link between the users of reporting solutions and the BI developers.
You’ll analyse questions coming from users related to reporting tools, provide support regarding reports’ functionalities, you’ll recognize issues, change requests and suggest improvements.
You will closely work with BI developers, Product Owners and reports’ users from various departments and locations. You will test all tools before their implementation.
Responsibilities : Give advice and support users in their requests related to reporting solutionsAnalyse and set priority on all user requestsCheck if the solution matches the requestEscalate (when needed) incidents to the other IT departments and make sure that incidents are properly managed.
Test new reporting applications and accuracy of bug correctionsProactively suggest changes in order to improve the system / processManage communication with users Qualifications and skills : Problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of Power BI or Qlikview is a plusTeam player, able to work effectively with various reports end users, but also to work independently (if needed), to contribute to the overall team successAutonomy and good organizational skillsCuriosity and good learning ability is essentialAbility to lead root cause investigations and analysisFluency in written and spoken English Joining Lyreco means : Working in an international, distribution company (25 countries, 18 languages, 3 central hubs).
