As an Architect you’ll participate in the creation of an overall Global Account technical plan, based on intelligence about wallet map, stakeholder map and by using business architecture approach (tools and methodology).
You’ll proactively generate leads through customer meetings, seminars, and education, and you’ll act as a Trusted Advisor to the Customer’s Architects and Engineers.
As a Systems Architect you will be equally overlooking and leading key activities such as proof of value, proof of concept or pilot projects across the possible solutions.

Who You’ll Work With
Systems Architects at Cisco are customer-focused technical sales professionals who provide high level technical support and guidance to the Customers.
You’ll collaborate with the Client Executive and the Global Account Team to recommend and develop appropriate Customer solution offerings, comparable to a CTO role.
As a Systems Architect you’ll work very close with the Client Executive and Global Account Managers and other internal peers such as Center of Excellence, Customer Experience and EMEAR Architecture Teams, to translate business roadmap into a technology roadmap, identify and illustrate business, market and technology trends to discover and drive future opportunities.
As a Cisco Systems Architect you will be a part of a dynamic and creative team of technology influencers. Cisco Architects are vital members of the organization who develop technical solutions to assist our customers achieve their business outcomes through the use of Cisco's extensive technology portfolio.

Who You Are
You are an expert Systems Architect with a strong background in one or more of our key technical pillars : next generation Data Center (ACI) & Cloud, Enterprise Networks (Digital Network Architecture and Software Defined), Collaboration and Security with innovative Service concepts included.
You will partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, promoting and showcasing Cisco solutions. You have industry knowledge and years of technology experience to aid in technical selling, explaining features and benefits to customers and crafting and configuring solutions and products to meet specific customer needs.
You will gain access to the palette of Cisco technologies and applications. In additional to technological aptitude and the ability for accelerated learning, you have social, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills that evoke passion and confidence.
