We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Operations Distribution Specialist who will be reporting to the Customer Experience Global Process Owner, this position will be based in Prague.
As part of the global Lifescan Customer Experience team, we ensure that all our goods arrive at the right place and the right time within the EMEA region every day.
In order to ensure this complex job runs smoothly, the Distribution team works closely together with our Third-Party Logistics provider (distribution center / 3PL) and many internal stakeholders.
Data driven insights are an essential part in this complex environment. We are looking to expand our team with a balance of skills across project management as well as data and reporting.
o Manage a range of projects varying between country implementation stabilization projects, global enhancements, and country specific enhancements.
Ensure architected solution meets business requirements, is consistent with the global process model and aligned with the global supply chain strategy.
o Assist the Global Process Owner in ERP systems management : disseminate knowledge of the Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system template and match it to the 3PLs ERP.
o You will be deeply involved in new enhancement projects and focus on continuous improvements in close cooperation with the Customer Service / Cash Collection / Data Management / Supply Plan teams.
o Oversee the execution of projects implementation and ensuring the solution meets the requirements and adheres to the global template is also key in this role.
o You will support daily, weekly and monthly meetings with key-players and participate on multiple projects that have an impact to supply chain.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills. Youll succeed through strong collaboration with peers across the end-to-end supply chain as well as with our 3rd party logistics provider (3PL).
It goes without saying that you will have a strong Service Mindset, the ability to look End-to-End across the Value Chain and always think from our Customer.
o Fluent in French as well as English, any other language welcome.o Demonstrated ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines, working well under tight deadlines.
o Outstanding follow-up skills and demonstrating a proactive approach and an ability to prioritize and anticipate are required.
o Proficiency in MS Office product suite. o Knowledge of Oracle JDE system.o Project management skills or eagerness to acquire these skills through on-the-job training.
o Adjusts quickly to complex changing work priorities and unplanned events. o Maintains effective working relationships and partnerships across the organization.
o Strong communication and collaboration skills, team player.o A minimum of a Bachelors degree, Master degree preferable.
