Responsibilities

Setting and implementing promotional strategy, long and short-term marketing plans

Introducing promotions, new products, concepts, displays, etc.

Creation of pricing policy according to company guidelines, pricing process and price lists development and implementation in CZ / SK

Organizing events, catalogues, fairs as well as translations

Very close cooperation with CE Group Marketing Manager Stanley and implementation and adaptation for local market including cooperation with total CE team

Creation and execution of local sell activities and cooperation with local sales teams

Translation and adaptation of materials and work with translation agency

Close cooperation with CE digital and social media team

Budget management including purchase orders process (PO) and allocate / invest funds to achieve best ROI

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Competition activities monitoring, market analyses

Close cooperation with sales team in CZ / SK

Regular contact with CE and also CEE marketing team members

Administrate various tasks system updates, pricing set up, etc.

Analyze the market and competition to identify new channels, customers, partners

Regular customer meetings and visits

Skills & Competencies Required

3+ years of experience in trade marketing

Higher education will be an advantage

Czech and / or Slovak as mother language and very good English (written & spoken)

Experience in budgeting, product and project management

More than average MS Office skills

SAP knowledge advantageous

Analytical skills and marketing knowledge, including pricing and working with sales and financial data

Prioritization and time management capabilities

High degree of self-motivation and ready to take responsibility

Able to withstand deadline pressure

Team & multicultural orientation

Proactive and inclusive approach

Ability to work from home
