Join our New Sales Hub in Prague supporting ExxonMobil's lubricants business in Europe. We own world-class brands like our famous Mobil1 and maintain business relations via authorized distributors, direct accounts and strategic global accounts including Original Equipment Manufacturers across automotive and industrial sectors.
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM
You will be the owner of a portfolio of direct accounts and accountable for their performance
You will master ExxonMobil sales processes, brands, products and techniques to offer solutions to customers to drive profitable growth and maximize portfolio revenues
Develop clear priorities and programs with internal and external partners to establish : Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of the sales pipeline process and apply consultative and benefit selling skills Key interface with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical and Operations and coordinating resources in line with external partner priorities Insights into market conditions, competitor activities and emerging opportunities Communication and techniques to building positive business relationships with customers
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent knowledge of Sales Force and Sales Pipeline
Fluency (Written and spoken) in English and Swedish
Analytic, strategic and tactical mind-set
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
