The Recruitment Administrator provides general administrative assistance to the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team.

The individual, under the guidance of a more senior Recruitment and Acquisition Manager provides a complete Recruitment and Talent Acquisition administration service and supports the activities and projects relating to Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

The individual demonstrates an understanding of the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition environment and stakeholder interests.

What you'll be doing

Their primary function is to co-ordinate all administrative and logistics relating to the recruitment process and any administration function required by the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, which include but is not limited to :

  • System support - They may be required to assist with the execution of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition related transactions on the e-recruitment system.
  • Job postings - The Recruitment Administrator takes responsibility for keeping internal job postings up to date on the e-
  • recruitment system and assist with the placement and administration related to job boards and social media for external postings.

    They also ensure that all jobs are posted in line with Dimension Data corporate policies and procedures.

  • Query management - they display a client service orientation and deal with applicant queries. When required they escalate these to the Recruitment and Acquisition Manager or Recruitment Practitioner.
  • Interview set up - The Recruitment Administrator co-ordinates all administrative and logistics relating to the recruitment process, which includes co-
  • ordinating meetings with candidates, vendors, agencies and managers and booking meeting rooms. They ensure that necessary interview guides have been prepared and compiled into an interview pack per interviewee.

  • Project support - The Recruitment Administrator provides general administrative support when required to execute global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition initiatives including initiatives related to recruitment system upgrades, referral campaigns and marketing campaigns.
  • Filing and general administration - the Recruitment Administrator assists with day to day filing and maintains applicant records in accordance with the relevant legislation and company standards.
  • They are responsible for all administrative duties required by the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team.

    The Recruitment Administrator provides efficient administrative support with limited guidance. The individual displays strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.

    They are reliable and are able to produce a high quality of work. They have good verbal and written communication skills.

    They display good attention to detail and are able to manage work processes.
