Responsibilities / Tasks
You will be reporting to the Country Managing Director and Regional Head of QHSE and Country Managing Directors
You will be responsible for management and implementation of GEA CZ / SK / EE (Czech Republic / Slovakia / Easter Europe countries) Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Energy management systems
You will be managing the QHSE tasks to establish functional excellence across all business areas and associated activities, whilst ensuring that legal and regulatory changes are identified, and controls implemented where required
Where applicable, you will be ensuring effective maintenance of our ISO Certified management systems for Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Energy management are maintained
Your Profile / Qualifications
The position will require the individual to travel both within the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Central&Eastern Europe countries on a regular basis
Self-motivated individual with excellent planning and communication skills, who is driven to achieve high standards of excellence within this field
Strong leadership skills
Profound project management skills
Profound Quality and HSE management skills
Industry best practice, ISO and EU Standards
Experienced auditor in ISO Management Systems, Quality, Health and safety, Environmental
Experienced in delivering QHSE related trainings
Experienced in change culture and HSE cultural change process
High performance and result orientation
Ability to communicate on all levels within the organisation
Ability to adapt to change and prioritise tasks to meet business expectations
General Certificate in Health and safety / Environmental management and / or Diploma in HSE Management Desirable would be of advantage
Spoken and written Czech / English, German advantage
