Provide financial and administrative support to Aerospace ISC department by compiling and analyzing data as well as preparing and maintaining specific databases and documentation as needed.
Support Investment Operations Management (IOM) programs which spans across ISC’s Electrical or Mechanical Operation Centers (OCs), or APAC / EMEAI Regions.
Areas of responsibility include set-up, loading, analysis, monitoring, control, and reporting of all activities related to programs’ schedule, scope, and cost.
What you will be doing?
Support aspects related to ISC AOP planning and executing activity including tool development, executive reports, RCCA, trend analysis, data accuracy and program supply.
Partner with ISC stakeholders to build customer confidence.
Develop metrics, analyze status, and recommended courses of action.
Participate and facilitate Risk and Opportunity Management.
Communicating across organizations, between focals, and among team members.
Participate in and / or lead tools and processes development and systems improvement initiatives.
Identifying root-cause and corrective actions for complex problems with, at times, incomplete information.
Mentor and guide other junior analysts and participate in global knowledge-sharing activities.
Ensure Aerospace policies and procedures are met as they pertain to program activities.
Bachelor's degree (i.e., 3 year degree) in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience directly related to Project Management and / or planning & monitoring on product development programs, Budget Management, reporting, tools design, development and / or database management.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Basic understanding of manufacturing and Supply Chain Issues.
Strong knowledge / experience with financial data compilation and analysis
In-depth working knowledge of MAT / EOC, ERP experience (SAP or equivalent), Microsoft Excel (preferably with VBA), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365.
Green Belt Certified Preferred.
Ability to work with large, remote, and diverse teams in a matrix organization.
Self starter, motivated and takes initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills.
