What you'll do :

Closely cooperate with engineering manager and product managers in planning and executing product roadmap

Lead mission or launchpad teams

Continuously evaluate and improve tribe’s internal processes and toolkit

Mentor and coach other team members

Write high-quality code across a range of services

Do code reviews and provide feedback to your peers

Evaluate and continuously improve automated testing strategy

Continuously improve monitoring tools and setup

Be on call when it’s your turn, react to alerts and resolve production incidents

Continuously identify improvements of technical stack and pay off technical debt

Design services to be highly available and scale across multiple geographical regions

You should have :

Fluent English is a must

Proven software development track record

Proven leadership skills and motivation to lead by example

Ability to work in areas outside of your usual comfort zone and get things done quickly

Understanding of security threats

Interest and contributions to Open Source community is a great plus

Experience with the following technologies : Node.js, TypeScript, any SQL database, Docker

Experience with ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, PHP is nice to have

Hidden (or visible) passion for modern Web frameworks like React.js with Redux, TypeScript, styled-components, etc. is a great plus

Experience with multi-DC cloud-based services is a great plus
