The World Wide (WW) HPE Hybrid IT Engineering Program Management (EPM) team is seeking a qualified Program Manager with customer facing experience.
You will be expected to engage with HPE account teams to support customer enablement by providing engineering program / project management support.
How you’ll make your mark :
As an Engineering Program Manager, you will work closely with a team of Engineering Program Managers tasked with the development and execution of activities to support HPE customers in OEM, Tier 2 / 3 Service Providers and Major Accounts space.
You will be involved with engineering program management activities ranging from system design and deployment through support and issue resolution.
You will interface with multiple HPE engineering and business teams allowing a unique opportunity to learn both business and engineering activities that contribute to the delivery of HPE’s industry-leading server, storage, and networking products.
You will act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvement and establishing policies, and exercises significant independent judgement to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
You will frequently represent the organization to external customers / clients.
You can effectively respond to changing customer requirements, update to product roadmaps / availability, and manage compressed schedules while meeting customer requirements.
Your role will require considerable flexibility and patience, as well as the appropriate persistence when managing relationships with our customers, business partners and other HPE teams.
Your responsibilities will include the planning and execution of key program / project management activities such as developing / translating customer requirements, scheduling and managing activities to support product development and fulfilment, reporting status, and supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
Through this, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and lead multi-disciplined and culturally diverse teams of engineers and business analyst responsible for enabling and deploying OEM offerings to multiple geographic regions.
Additionally, you will be expected to constantly learn and demonstrate competencies in new technologies, products and solutions, in addition to making tangible contributions to drive improvements within the end-to-end business processes.
