Why does this role exist?
Recently JTI introduced a cluster for Czech, Hungary and Slovakia markets. The position assumes the operation both strategic (design, evaluation and modification of reward policies and practices across all 3 countries) and hands on levels (execution of daily activities, budgets, payroll).

Manage international assignments, including compensation, tax and legal issues
Monitor, measure and manage efficiently the rewards (Life, Health, Cafeteria, Employee Shares Purchasing, Incentives, Redeployment, Recognition)
Perform the full cycle of compensation development (surveys, paylines, merit increases)
Manage the headcount, HR and labor budgets
Manage HR admin and payroll related activities
Ensure high level of quality of HRIS data (SAP HR) and timely global and local HR metrics reporting
Manage one direct report and external providers
Basic requirements :
University degree, preferably in Finance, GRP qualification is a plus
4+ years of HR or finance experience in a multinational organization (Big4, FMCG, Banking)
Strong analytical and smart problem solving abilities
Strong Excel, SAP is a plus,
Fluent written and spoken English and Czech / Slovak
