Wargaming is hiring a General Manager for its Prague studio. This is a senior position that requires overall responsibility for site administration and regulatory matters, partnering with Product and Function heads to ensure alignment and cooperation, communication to employees on site specific matters, and representing the Prague studio to the Wargaming leadership team.
What will you do?
Coordinate with key stakeholders on site and off site to understand the needs of each product and function
Work with managers locally to help ensure alignment and coordination across a range of topics
Solve problems and unlock barriers to ensure smooth running of products and functions locally
Responsible for site administration and regulatory matters
Conduct all hands meetings and other communication forums for Wargaming Prague employees
Manage and develop the site office management team (Office Manager & Receptionist)
Partner closely with the HR Director to evolve and enhance company culture in Prague, leading by example to help motivate and retain talent
Act as a local leader for some of the support team (eg IT)
Help develop and articulate the employer brand of the company locally
Build relationships with industry peers and key suppliers locally
