With us you will be responsible for :
Keeping the service scope according to the service description and service design package.
Be the interface to all related stakeholders.
Must be in close cooperation with Product Manager, Service Architect, Technical Architects, Specialists and other support roles.
Participate in regular service steering meetings with Product Manager and Service Architect.
Contribute to the service description and service design package creation & updates, providing inputs for service development.
Is responsible for approving, managing and publishing service-related knowledge articles.
We expect you to have
Strong managerial skills
Good coordination and negotiation skills
Has a good understanding of IT processes and roles
ITIL v3 Foundation certification
Understands the technology behind the service
At least basic level vendor-specific technology training
Understand the product development process
Understands standardization and automation requirements in service offerings and processes
Is able to develop service and related processes
Is familiar with service models, service architectures and project management methodology
Experience with 2nd or 3rd level support in a shared environment at least.
