JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

We are searching 2 new colleagues (for Prague and Bratislava Office).

Sales of Bank Guarantees through offering Guarantee Facilities to selected prospects and existing key

customers, servicing them locally and internationally.

Maintain relationships with customers, relations, contact persons at Board of Management level / Finance Directors and Treasury Managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Structuring of transactions for guarantee facilities of EUR 5 - 100 Million with Large Corporates and Mid Cap companies and multinationals

Focus on hunting new customers through cold acquisition as well as using the Allianz / Euler Hermes network and the broker channel.

Writing of high quality credit proposals in cooperation with the Risk team

Relationship management of existing customers with a focus on growing the share of wallet, timely collection of (financial) information, preparing credit / renewal proposals in accordance with the renewal calendar (revisions)

Maintain relationships with contact persons at Board of Management level / Finance Directors and Treasury Managers

Execute on the commercial strategy in a competitive niche market aimed at diversifying the customer portfolio from SME Construction companies to Mid-

sized and Large Corporate customers in various market segments

Active management of sales activities, contact strategies and opportunities in CRM system Salesforce.com

Reports to the CEE Bonding Director, based in Prague office

Provide timely and accurate reporting to CEE Bonding Director

KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Experienced sales or risk professional in the financial services industry

Successful medior with a track record of (over)achieving targets

Experienced in- and / or ability to act on C-level

Proactive and creative in execution of commercial and business strategy in a corporate environment. Has the drive to develop, build and manage own portfolio of clients

Strong risk analysis skills and experience in writing high standard credit proposals

Strong selling, communication, coaching and engagement skills

Well-developed presentation and reporting skills
