We are looking for a LineManager to lead our team of Solutions Architects and Incident Managers. Itcould be you if you are strong in people management, you have experience inleading team of 15+ people and you are familiar with IT outsourcing.

Roll out and manage the locally required HR processes and administrationprotocols (performance management, compensation, benefits, feedback, retention,etc.)

Advise and coach employees to help them develop their skills and capabilitiesto best meet their career desires and current or future business needs
Lead by example in all activities
Support change, encourage employees to innovate and encourage employee growthand opportunity
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Our Architects and IncidentManagement team has currently 14 team members but we expect the team to grow to18-20 people. It is a global team, and our Architects and Incident Managers cooperatewith colleagues from Denmark, China and the Philippines.
The team cooperatesvia online channels on a daily basis and you would be expected to do so, too.
Your qualificationsand experience
You have experience with the peoplemanager / team leader position for 3+ years
You are experienced in leading a team of 15+ people
You have excellent leadership skills
You have experience from IT Operations
You have in-depth knowledge of performancemetrics
Aswe work across regions, it is essential that you can act in an internationalenvironment
You should also be able to act proactivelyto ensure smooth and efficient collaboration
You are fluent in English
