Leading Project Management Department
Manages the day-to-day operational and accountable for all executed projects
Ensure high and effective utilization of staff
Leading and motivating teams to increase profitability
Assesses training needs and selects training tools for team members
Perform proper reporting to Management
Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning
Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition
Ensure implementation of all necessary measures to comply with health / safety / environment protection rules
Project Planning and Scheduling :
Plans project execution from start to finish, including necessary activities, procurements, resources and milestones.
Manages planned activities including schedule difficulties accordingly.
Actively strives to optimize overall resource planning and utilization considering resources within the local organization and in close cooperation with resp. Line managers
Customer Satisfaction Management in Projects :
Assures ABB commitments to customer are met, in accordance with contract.
Escalates customer difficulties to management
Assures and seeks to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer interaction.
Project Financial and Cost Management :
Understands and use Full Cost Calculation / Model and different revenue recognition methods; Controls project cost and cash flow.
Scope and Change Management for Projects
Project Risk and Opportunity Management
High school / University Degree in economics with domain experience in ABB business
Minimum 5 years experience managing projects, ideally managing complex engineering projects
Fluently in English spoken and written on business level
Leadership skills; strategic thinking
